In Vientti Stock we work to fulfill orders as fast as possible! While we can not cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you can definitely return your items, following our Refunds Policy, once the order has been delivered.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point.

Once your order has entered into our shipping process it cannot be modified or cancelled, So you can cancel your order as long as it is still in processing time. In other words, you are able to cancel your order 24 hours from placing it before order is shipped out for a full refund, no questions asked. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, all charges will be automatically refunded. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Vientti, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package
